fresh arugula
red onion, thinly sliced
fresh mango, diced
cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
feta cheese, crumbled
olive oil
Nonna Pia’s Balsamic Glaze

HERE’S HOW WE DO IT/METHOD

  1. Toss arugula with 1 tsp. olive oil.
  2. Place arugula on plate and garnish with red onion, fresh mango, cherry tomatoes and feta.
  3. Drizzle with Nonna Pias Balsamic Glaze and serve.
