This delicious and tart tomato mixture is great on toast, as a side dish, on salads, or eaten by itself!
Recipe Instructions:
LET’S PREPARE/INGREDIENTS
2 cups of grape tomatoes – cut in half lengthwise
3 tablespoons Italian flatleaf parsley – roughly chopped
1 clove garlic – chopped fine
½ tablespoon Nonna Pia’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
½ tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon Nonna Pia’s Cabernet Merlot Balsamic Glaze
Salt & pepper to taste
