1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish or lasagna pan.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
3. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant and the turkey is fully cooked. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
4. Remove from heat. Add cooked pasta, Nonna Pia’s Arrabiata Sauce, and a handful of cheese. Stir until evenly combined.
5. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes.
6. Remove foil, top with remaining cheese, and return to oven. Bake uncovered for 5–10 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

SERVING TIP

Serve hot with a simple green salad or crusty bread. Makes excellent leftovers—arguably even better the next day.
