Recipe Instructions:
LET’S PREPARE/INGREDIENTS
8 chicken thighs (skinless & boneless or skin on, bone-in- whatever your preference) or 4 pork chops or 1 pork tenderloin or pressed and cubed firm tofu (if using tofu, press to get as much liquid out as possible)
1.5 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. Nonna Pia’s Classic Balsamic Glaze
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove crushed garlic
HERE’S HOW WE DO IT/METHOD
step 1. In a large bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, Nonna Pia’s Classic Balsamic Glaze lemon juice and crushed garlic.
step 2. Add your protein and ensure it is well coated. Let marinade for 2 – 12 hours (the longer the better!)
step 3. Cook your protein on the BBQ, in an air fryer or in the oven- I recommend BBQ for meats and the air fryer or oven for tofu.
