10-12 fresh chicken wings
3-6 birdseye chilies, thinly sliced
¼ cup cilantro, diced
3 wedges fresh lime

PREHEAT BBQ or oven
1. Grill or oven bake your wings to desired crisp.
2. Toss with Chili Lime Reduction.
3. Garnish with diced chili and cilantro.
