Strawberry Fig Berry Salad with Goat Cheese & Mint

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • 3 tbsp Nonna Pia’s Strawberry Fig Balsamic Glaze

DIRECTIONS

  1. Arrange sliced strawberries on a large serving platter or shallow bowl.
  2. Scatter raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and grapes evenly over the strawberries.
  3. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and fresh mint.
  4. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  5. Finish with Nonna Pia’s Strawberry Fig Balsamic Glaze and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  6. Serve immediately.

SERVING TIP
