Recipe serves: 4
100 g prosciutto, thinly sliced
2-3 oz mixed baby greens
60 g Parmesan (Reggianno/Padano) or Manchego cheese
Nonna Pia’s Classic Balsamic Reduction
HERE’S HOW WE DO IT/METHOD
1. Place baby greens on center of salad plate.
2. Top green with thinly sliced prosciutto.
3. Shave or break off chunks of cheese approximately 1/2 an inch thick by 1-2 inches long and place them around the outside of the prosciutto.
4. Drizzle with Nonna Pia’s Classic Reduction.
